MEET Deji Abioye

Deji Abioye is passionate about raising leaders who are spiritually grounded, emotionally intelligent, and globally impactful. With years of hands-on experience in cross-cultural missions, organisational leadership, and transformational coaching, he mentors leaders who serve in complex environments—whether in villages, cities, boardrooms, or churches.

Deji Abioye is a missionary leader, poet, and global trainer passionate about mobilising the Church to reach the unreached by all means. As the National Director of Sinai Global Outreach, he has led cross-cultural missions across Africa’s toughest terrains—especially among nomadic and underserved communities.

With over 15 years of field experience, Deji has trained hundreds of missionaries, mentored mission coaches, and pioneered leadership and discipleship strategies contextualised for oral cultures. He also serves as the CEO of Phynai Rural Support and Enlightenment Foundation, driving social transformation in marginalised regions.

A gifted communicator and creative voice, Deji fuses storytelling, poetry, and strategic insights to stir hearts for kingdom impact. His teaching blends biblical depth with field-tested wisdom, making him a sought-after speaker at missions conferences, leadership summits, youth camps, and creative gatherings.

He is currently developing poetic and visual expressions that carry the urgency of the Gospel while shaping culture through creativity. Deji is married and committed to raising a generation of bold, Spirit-led global missionaries.

When I speak, I plant burdens, not just ideas. I speak to call, to build, to send.
